It’s a lot of fun, the whole set up is very impressive and Graham is also particularly good at solving any previous injury issues and knowing what your body can cope with.

“The Gym has made such a difference to my life – and that’s no exaggeration! I had a bad accident ski-ing and had to have urgent knee surgery. I was on crutches with a knee- brace for months and my medical consultant warned me that I might not be able to walk properly again. I literally couldn’t bend my left leg and was in constant pain. Despite intensive physio I wasn’t making great progress. My muscles had literally wasted away and even getting around was a struggle. For someone who was used to being so active and wearing heeled-shoes I was finding things tough. I’ve known Graham for a while – he got me in to shape some six years before when I was getting married and wanted to look my best. He and I have worked together over the last year and I have been amazed with results. I’m now walking without pain or a limp (which was apparently the best outcome I could expect) and I now even wear my treasured heels for important meetings and social events!
